Beaded spiders are not toys; however, a child can carefully hold them. While their legs are movable after too much moving and twisting the wire will break. If you plan to pack them, I recommend keeping them in the box they were shipped in. Again, you can readjust the legs, if they get squished, but after too many squishes a leg may fall off.
